‘Gaz Prom Standart’ LLC conducted a thorough study of existing gas supply systems in several district branches of ‘Hududgaz’ and carried out integration works to connect them to an automatic control system. In the main phase of the project, industrial filters were installed to ensure gas purity, prevent equipment failures, and enhance supply safety. In addition, pressure control was stabilized through an automatic regulation system.
Within this project, Flobus 107 devices were installed at several regional gas supply points. These devices include precise gas flow measurement mechanisms, safety sensors, and monitoring blocks. The equipment was tested on site, technically configured, and underwent full certification and calibration. All work was carried out independently by engineers from ‘Gaz Prom Standart’.
In this project, the ‘Gaz Prom Standart’ team fully calibrated the existing gas measurement system at the plant. Units, pressure instruments, and diaphragms were analyzed for measurement accuracy based on technical documentation and certified in accordance with state standards. This process helped ensure the plant's energy safety, prevent accidents, and strengthen the control system.
For the AVM production complex located in Jizzakh, a gas supply system was designed and fully implemented from scratch. In the first phase, gas pipelines, instruments, and diaphragms were installed. In the next phase, all measuring devices were calibrated, and the izmenitel complex underwent functional checks and was certified. At the end of the project, complete documentation and operational guidelines were provided.
For the high-pressure gas system at the ‘Navoiy Uran’ enterprise, modern shielding and transmission modules were installed on the monitoring block of the Flobus 107 device. Under the technical integration project, the device was connected to the internal system of the production line, allowing real-time data analysis. Alongside the device installation, safety protocols were reviewed and an operational briefing was conducted.
